As organizational development as a field grew, the ability for individuals to collaborate and teams to be cohesive also became very important. We bring forward the knowledge gained in leadership, motivation and culture during the 20th century into our programs. We innovate by connecting 21st century approaches such as strengths-based action, transpersonal awareness and inclusive thinking.
Capacity-Building Programs and Workshops

Inclusive Practice Workshops
Diversity can be both sources of great strength and great tension. We support organizations and communities by partnering with them as they embrace diversity proactively in its many forms that take shape individually and interpersonally. Progressing from a place of valuing diversity to action-oriented inclusion calls for transforming mindsets and “heartsets” through experiential learning.
