Ryan Ewers

CEO & President

Ryan Ewers is a thought partner and organizational strategist whose approach to life and work is greatly influenced by the intersection of social science, business and social responsibility. Ryan's methods explore the balance of commonalities and differences as they occur individually, inter-personally, and culturally. He helps clients build capacity for change as he leverages appreciative inclusive practices through connection and identification of what organizations want more of, not only want they want less of. Understanding that the only constant is change, Ryan views himself not as an expert, but as a resource collaborator.

Ryan founded his company Ewers & Mine, Inc. in 2010 and has a background in organizational psychology. Since then, he has worked in public, private and academic institutions. His organizational mission is to partner with clients in the achievement of sustainable growth and change. During his career, Ryan has also served in the capacities of research and development, co-created strength-based assessments and taught courses on their applications
